BL2060 Straight Flute Solid Carbide Reamer
The BL2060 straight-flute solid carbide reamer is positioned for more wear-demanding steel and harder-material applications than the standard BB2055 series. The straight-flute geometry provides stable guidance for precision final sizing of prepared holes from 2 to 20 mm.
Recommended workpiece materials — BL2060
Steel above HRC 35, including pre-hardened and alloy steels, plus ductile iron (nodular cast iron) and grey cast iron. Choose BL2060 when the workpiece is too hard for uncoated carbide but still below the fully hardened range.
