How to Read the Size
Variants use formats such as 6×30×60×6T or 10×60×100×6T. The first value is the nominal reamer diameter, followed by the listed length dimensions and flute count.
Machining Notes
Use a suitable and consistent reaming allowance, rigid low-runout toolholding and appropriate coolant or lubrication. Cutting parameters should be selected according to actual workpiece hardness, material grade, machine rigidity and tolerance requirement. For harder materials, conservative setup and stable coolant delivery are especially important.
