How to Read the Size

Variants use formats such as 7×35×70×6T or 8×100×150×6T. The first value is the nominal reamer diameter, followed by the listed length dimensions and flute count.

Machining Notes

Prepare a suitable reaming allowance before finishing. Use rigid toolholding, minimize runout and select speed, feed and lubrication according to the workpiece material, machine condition and target tolerance.
