Recommended Cutting Conditions

*Reference parameters are general starting points and should be adjusted for the workpiece, machine rigidity, tool overhang and cooling conditions.
*If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, stop machining and adjust the cutting parameters.
*If the machine cannot reach the recommended spindle speed, use the highest stable speed available and adjust feed proportionally.
*Provide sufficient external coolant to the drilling zone and cutting edge.
*The reference parameters are intended for drilling depths up to approximately 3×Dc.
*For small diameters and deeper holes, use appropriate peck drilling according to diameter, depth and chip evacuation conditions.
*Keep drill runout below 0.02mm where possible.
