Double-sided WNMG0804 turning inserts for CNC lathe machining, available in multiple chip-breaker geometries and cutting grades for steel, stainless steel, cast iron and selected hard-material applications.

Chip Breakers

• MA: General-purpose double-sided geometry for carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.
• MS: Smooth chip-control geometry with a sharp cutting edge for accurate machining.
• GT: Finishing and semi-finishing geometry with efficient chip breaking.
• TM / MT: Medium-machining geometry with stable chip flow and good edge strength.
• R / L: Options for light cutting, semi-finishing and less-rigid setups.

Available Grades

• BB2055: TiAlSiN-coated grade for stainless steel.
• BKP2055: CVD-coated grade for steel.
• BK2055: General-purpose coated carbide grade.
• BL2060: For harder steels and heat-resistant applications.
• Cast Iron Grade: CVD-coated option for cast iron machining.
• Cermet: For applications requiring good finish and wear resistance.
