BB Short-Cut Carbide End Mill — Precision CNC Milling
A solid carbide end mill with short cutting length design, engineered for improved rigidity and vibration resistance in CNC milling applications. Available in 2 series optimized for steel and aluminum. Diameter range: D1 – D12 mm, shank diameter D4–D12 mm.

Short Cutting Length Design: Reduced overhang improves tool rigidity and shock resistance, extending tool life and enabling stable cutting at higher feed rates.
Unequal Flute Spacing: Variable pitch geometry suppresses resonance and chatter during high-speed cutting, resulting in improved surface finish.
U-Groove Chip Flute: Wide chip clearance promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduces cutting load — suitable for slotting, side milling, and face milling.
Nano-Composite Coating (PVD): Applied to micro-grain tungsten carbide substrate, improving surface hardness, wear resistance, and tool life in both dry and semi-dry cutting conditions.

Short Cutting Length — Rigidity Advantage

Machinable Materials
BC2055-3F (3-flute, aluminum series): Copper, aluminum, zinc, and other non-ferrous metals. Wider chip flute reduces built-up edge and improves surface finish on soft materials.
BK4055-4F (4-flute, steel series): Gray cast iron, ordinary die steel, heat-resistant alloy steel, pre-hardened mold steel, alloy steel, and tool steel. Higher flute count improves surface finish and feed per tooth in harder materials.
