How to Read the Size

Variants use formats such as 4×D6×12×75-4T or 6.1×D8×16×100-6T. The first value is the nominal reamer diameter, followed by the listed shank and length dimensions and flute count.

Machining Notes

Confirm internal coolant flow before machining. Maintain a consistent pre-hole allowance, use rigid low-runout toolholding and select cutting parameters according to workpiece material, machine rigidity and target tolerance. Avoid excessive stock removal during reaming.
