High-Speed steel with cobalt gives more heat and wear resistance.
High-Speed steel are basic and inexpensive.Also can be re-sharpen.
-M35（W6Mo5Cr4V2Co5） HRC63～65.

-For used on carbon steel, cast iron

HSS-EX with TiN

TIN coating: Titanium nitride.Great basic coating,
-Geometry: drill point angle135°, suit for drilling harder material.
--For used on hardened steel, stainless steel

Application of BB Co&EX drill
For used on steel, copper, aluminum, brass, oak, maple, MDF, PVC, polycarbonate, acrylic, ABS, nylon and composite materials.

Tips:
-We recommend working with materials whose hardness is less than 38Rc.
-Make sure the environment is stable.
-！Attention should be paid to cooling when processing certain materials.

About drilling stainless steel.
-Make sure the drill bit is perpendicular to the stainless steel plate;
-If you need to drill holes larger than 6mm, use a drill bit of 3~4mm to drill small holes first;
-The drill bit should not be too long;
-Low speed. (Prevent stainless steel annealing)
