Negative carbide turning inserts for CNC external turning, available in CNMG120404 and CNMG120408 sizes with multiple chip breakers and material-specific cutting grades.

Material Grades

• BB2055: TiAlSiN-coated grade for stainless steel. BF is suited to finishing and semi-finishing; BM provides a stronger edge for heavier machining.
• BKP2055: CVD-coated grade for steel, available with TM and GM chip breakers for stable medium machining and finishing.
• BL2060: General-purpose grade for broader machining conditions.
• BF2055: Suitable for aluminum and non-ferrous machining.
• Cast Iron Grade: Dedicated option for cast iron machining.

Selection
