Material Grades
BB2055: TiAlSiN-coated grade for stainless steel. BF is intended for finishing and semi-finishing; BM provides a stronger edge for heavier machining.
BKP2055: CVD-coated grade for steel with a balance of wear resistance and toughness. TM, GM and GF options support different finishing and medium-machining conditions.
BL2060: General-purpose grade for broader machining conditions.
BF2055: Suitable for aluminum and non-ferrous machining.
Cast Iron Grade: Dedicated option for cast iron applications.
Selection
Select VNMG160404 or VNMG160408 together with the required chip breaker and cutting grade from the variant menu. Confirm the insert specification and workpiece material before ordering.
