CCMT / DCMT / TCMT Turning Inserts

Positive carbide turning inserts for CNC internal turning and boring, available in multiple CCMT, DCMT and TCMT sizes, nose radii, chip-breaker geometries and material-specific cutting grades.

Cutting Grades

• BB2055: TiAlSiN-coated carbide for stainless steel and selected tempered-steel applications. BF is intended for finishing; BM for semi-finishing.
• BKP2055: Coated carbide for carbon steel and alloy steel, suited to finishing and semi-finishing conditions.
• BL2060: General-purpose grade for broader turning applications.
• BF2055: Precision-ground grade for aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous materials on compatible insert geometries.

Chip Breakers

Available geometries include EM, TM, MP, HM and other options depending on insert family and size. EM is intended for lighter to medium cutting, while TM and MP provide broader semi-finishing and roughing capability.
