Shipping Information
We offer international shipping through postal services and courier services, including 4PX. Available services depend on the destination and the items ordered.
Processing and Delivery Times
Processing time: 3–7 days.
General shipping estimate: 14–30 days after dispatch. Where a specific delivery estimate is displayed for your selected shipping service at checkout, please refer to that estimate. Certain Standard services show 13–20 working days; certain Express services show within 7 days or 7–12 working days, depending on the destination. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance and carrier delays.
Delivery may also be delayed by pandemics or other public-health disruptions, customs clearance, carrier capacity, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Fees and Free Shipping
Rates below are in USD for products under our general shipping rates. Available rates and eligibility are calculated at checkout based on your destination and cart. Free Standard shipping is available on eligible orders of USD 50 or more to Germany and Italy, USD 89 or more to the destinations in the USD 6.99 Standard group below, and USD 199 or more to the destinations in the USD 29.90 Standard group below.
