How to Read the Size
Variants use formats such as 1.5×15×38×3T or 3×60×100×4T. The first value is the nominal reamer diameter, followed by the listed length dimensions and flute count.
Machining Notes
Reamers are finishing tools. Prepare a consistent pre-hole allowance, use rigid low-runout toolholding and select cutting speed, feed and lubrication according to workpiece material and target tolerance. Avoid excessive stock removal with the reamer.
