How to Read the Size

Variants use formats such as 4×25×50×4T or 10×100×150×6T. The first value is the nominal reamer diameter, followed by the listed length dimensions and flute count.

Machining Notes

Prepare a suitable and consistent pre-hole allowance before reaming. Use rigid toolholding, minimize runout and select speed, feed and lubrication according to the workpiece material, machine condition and required tolerance. Do not use the reamer as the primary hole-making tool.
