How to Read the Size

Variants use formats such as 0.50×D4×4×8×50-4T. The first value is the nominal reamer diameter, followed by the listed shank and length dimensions and flute count.

Machining Notes

Micro reaming is highly sensitive to runout, pre-hole quality and toolholding. Use a consistent reaming allowance, rigid low-runout holders, suitable lubrication or coolant, and conservative cutting conditions appropriate to the workpiece material and tool diameter.
