VNMG1604 Turning Inserts

Negative carbide turning inserts for CNC lathe finishing and general turning, available in VNMG160404 and VNMG160408 sizes with multiple cutting grades and chip-breaker options.

Material Grades

• BB2055: TiAlSiN-coated grade for stainless steel. BF is intended for finishing and semi-finishing; BM provides a stronger edge for heavier machining.
• BKP2055: CVD-coated grade for steel with a balance of wear resistance and toughness. TM, GM and GF options support different finishing and medium-machining conditions.
• BL2060: General-purpose grade for broader machining conditions.
• BF2055: Suitable for aluminum and non-ferrous machining.
• Cast Iron Grade: Dedicated option for cast iron applications.
