How to Read the Size
Variant dimensions are shown in a format such as 5.46×30×60×4T or 5.91×30×60×6T. The first value is the nominal reamer diameter, followed by the listed length dimensions and flute count.
Machining Notes
Use this tool as a finishing reamer rather than a primary hole-making tool. Maintain a consistent pre-hole allowance, control spindle and holder runout, and choose speed, feed and lubrication according to the workpiece material and required tolerance.
