BB Chamfer End Mill — 45° Corner Chamfer Milling Cutter
A solid carbide end mill with an integrated 45° chamfer edge, combining side milling, chamfering, and deburring in a single tool. Suitable for steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and engineering plastics. Available in 4 series and diameters from 3 mm to 12 mm.

Anti-Slip Round Shank: Knurled tail section near the chuck for secure clamping without slipping.
45° Chamfer Profile
This product features a chamfered cutting edge (45°), as shown in the left diagram below. Suitable for edge chamfering and hole-entry deburring.

Micro-Grain Carbide Substrate
Manufactured from micro-grain carbide rod stock, offering improved wear resistance and dimensional stability. Recommended for high-hardness and high-speed machining applications.

Nano-Composite TiAlN Coating
Multi-layer nano-composite coating applied via PVD process. Improves surface hardness, reduces friction, and extends tool life in dry and semi-dry cutting conditions.
