Selection Guide
Choose the cutter according to the strip width, shank diameter and required cutting depth. Common cutting-depth options include 4.2 mm and 5.8 mm.
Example: 6mm-D6-4.2 indicates a cutter for a 6 mm strip, 6 mm shank and approximately 4.2 mm cutting depth.
Machining Guidance
Typical spindle-speed guidance is approximately 18,000–24,000 rpm, but final parameters should be adjusted for cutter size, workpiece material, machine rigidity and desired finish.
