How to Read the Size
Variants use formats such as 7.43×35×70×6T or 8.01×40×75×6T. The first value is the nominal reamer diameter, followed by the listed length dimensions and flute count.
Machining Notes
Use a consistent reaming allowance, rigid low-runout toolholding and suitable lubrication. Cutting speed and feed should be selected according to workpiece material, machine rigidity and target tolerance. Avoid using the reamer as a primary drilling tool.
