Carbide Steel Material
Choose high-quality hard alloy, tough steel, with high strength and hardness, more durable and more wear-resistant

Sharp Screw Threads, Internal Cooling Water Discharge
Optimized materials, combined with full grinding technology, result in sharper screw threads. The internal cooling system effectively controls temperature, allowing the alloy wire tap to operate stably and efficiently, thus extending its service life

Through-Hole Bottom Chip Removal
Choose high-quality hard alloy, tough steel, with high strength and hardness, more durable and more wear-resistant

Extruded Thread Profile Chipless Machining, High Surface Finish Good Effect
Utilizing the principle of plastic deformation of metals, chipless machining is suitable for materials with low hardness and high ductility

Upward Chip Removal Blind Hole
Rising and rotating to discharge chips, suitable for cutting high-toughness materials,More smooth chip removal, fast cutting efficiency

Universal Shank Type Fits Various Fixtures
Universal shank, sturdy and durable, enhances the tap's vibration resistance and cutting speed

Applicable to a Variety of Materials
For Steel Use
For Aluminum Use
45# Steel
Spring Steel
Aluminum
40CR
Stainless Steel
H13

Multiple Specifications of Taps to Choose From
Straight:Bottom chip evacuation, through holes and shallow blind holes
Spiral:Top chip evacuation, blind holes
Fluteless:High precision, chipless machining

Thread Bottom Hole Diameter Chart Metric Threads
★ It is recommended to use a bottom hole for internal threads of grade JIS 2. (Excludes some specifications.)
★ The bottom holes for internal threads not specified in JIS standards are provided as reference values.

Thread Cutting Tool Cutting Parameters
When selecting the cutting speed, it is necessary to consider the material, type, number of flutes, shape of the pilot hole, workpiece material, and cutting fluid,
among other machining conditions. Additionally, cutting fluid serves three functions: lubrication, cooling, and chip breaking. Threading is a complex machining process,
and it is essential to choose an appropriate cutting speed
1.This table provides general selection criteria, which may be subject to change based on the conditions of use.
2.Refer to the tap selection criteria table for various applications when making a selection.
3.The values in the quenched and tempered steel () column represent the cutting speeds for CPM series taps.

Cutting Speed Vc(m/ min) And Feed f(mm/ Tooth) Recommended Form
Suggestion:
The feed rate when the tool first engages the material f(mm/ tooth)The feed rate is 70% lower than that during normal thread cutting.
The tool cuts in along the tangential direction of the arc
For example:
Thread cutting feed rate:0.3(mm/ tooth)
Tool engagement feed rate:0.09(mm/ tooth)
